Care plans
Three plans for flat roofs. Your contract lists the price for your roof, set by its size.
Two surveys and a written report for each.
The surveys, plus the small repairs they turn up.
Care, plus the leak line and first call on the schedule.
A care plan is a service contract, not insurance and not a roof warranty. It doesn't cover interior damage or work outside the plan. Billed once a year; cancel with 30 days' written notice.
By roof area
We measure the roof at the first survey and write the contract from that.
The area of the roof, and which plan you choose.
Up to 20,000 sq ft
20,001 to 50,000 sq ft
50,001 to 100,000 sq ft
Over 100,000 sq ft: quoted after the survey
We walk and measure the roof, photograph it and rate it, and the contract is written from what we find.
After the first survey, in writing, for your roof and your plan.
It is priced after the first survey, once we know what the roof needs.
A plan is billed once a year. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
At each visit
Seams, flashings, edges, curbs, drains and equipment supports.
Each finding photographed and placed on the roof plan.
Watch, repair soon or repair now.
Reports stay on file for the manufacturer and for your board.
No. It is a service contract. It does not pay for damage, and it is not a manufacturer's or a workmanship warranty.
Write to the office with 30 days' notice. We bill the surveys already done and refund nothing for surveys not yet due.
The same crew that surveys the roof, on the next visit or sooner for a leak. What counts as a small repair is written in your contract.
On Priority, the call-out is in the plan. After-hours work beyond it is billed at the rate in your contract, and we quote it before we send a crew.
The sample report is written for a fictional building. Yours is written for yours.
