Report a leak

Tell us where it is coming in

Two short steps. If water is coming in now, call the office, or the leak line if you are on contract.

Who answers

Nights, weekends and what it costs

Who answers the leak line at night?

On a contract, an on-call coordinator answers at any hour and calls out a crew lead when the roof needs protecting. Without a contract, calls after 5 p.m. go to voicemail and are returned by 7 a.m. the next weekday.

Does a night call cost more?

Yes. After-hours call-outs are billed at the after-hours rate in your contract. For a building without a contract, we quote the call-out before we send a crew.

What should I do inside until you arrive?

Move people and equipment away from the water, put down buckets or sheeting, and turn off power to anything the water is near. Take photos.
